Laser cutting for construction industry materials. We operate advanced TRUMPF, BLM, and HSG systems capable of cutting round and square tubing in various sizes and thicknesses. Our jumbo laser expands these capabilities by processing oversized profiles such as I-beams and channels. This allows us to take on projects that standard laser systems cannot handle.
Tube, plate, and welding services. We use flat sheet laser cutting systems, brake forming equipment, and CNC saws to fabricate tube and plate components that meet structural performance standards. For welded assemblies, Tubeway offers both robotic welding for repeatable quality on smaller parts and gas metal arc welding (GMAW) for larger fabrications. We also provide CNC milling and turning to support complex geometries and tight-tolerance requirements.
Powder coating for construction components. To extend product life and reduce maintenance, we apply powder-coated finishes that resist wear, moisture, and corrosion. Our powder coating services support both indoor and outdoor applications and protect critical equipment from harsh environments.
